I've wanted to work with flowers since I was 16 years old. The first “real” job I ever applied for was in a flower shop, and a career aptitude test in college told me I should be a florist. Yet life took me down many different paths before I was finally able to forage my way into the world of flowers! After a few false starts and life lessons learned, I'm now exactly where I want to be — surrounded in my homebuilt workshop with beautiful blooms.
I’m inspired by the feel of English cottage country gardens, Sherwood Forest-like glens, and colorful European flower markets. I prefer to use natural, healthy and environmentally-friendly methods of design and arrangement when bringing floral art to life, and so I avoid floral foam and other artificial design aids whenever possible. Let’s meet for a cup of tea to discuss how flowers can uniquely enhance your event, business and life with color, beauty and meaning!
